Dr. SUNG Kwan-kit Marco (Lecturer)
Marco is a counselling psychologist. After completing his Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Hong Kong Shue Yan University, he decided to pursue a PhD degree to better understand and contribute to the transgender and gender nonconforming community. He is now a case record coordinator of MSS in the counselling psychology programme of HKSYU.

Ms. AU Pui Kwan Ashley
Ms. AU Pui Kwan Ashley(歐沛鈞), M.Phil., graduated in 2023
Thesis title: Working With Children's Dreams Using the Cognitive-Experiential Model and Expressive Art
Ashley is a certified Art in Assessment and Therapy Practitioner and Play Therapist for Children. She completed her MPhil in Psychology at Hong Kong Shue Yan University in 2023 and co-authored a research paper with Professor Yu in June of the same year titled "Attachment, Childhood Trauma, and Dreaming". Her research interests include expressive arts and child therapy.
Mr. WONG Siu Sing Sam
Mr. WONG Siu Sing Sam(黃兆星), M.Phil., Research Affiliate of Neuropsychology Laboratory, graduated in 2020
Thesis Title: Dispositional Emotion Regulation and Dreaming
After obtaining a bachelor's degree in psychology, Sam has been focusing on academic research work, and has worked as a research assistant in the Education University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong Shue Yan University. In 2019, he studied the first Master of Psychology Research Program offered by Hong Kong Shue Yan University and devoted himself to the research of emotion management and dreams. After graduation, he went to the University of London College in the UK as an intern and participated in the research of sleep disorders and adult autism, as well as the research of child developmental disorders and nightmares. He is currently a researcher in the neuropsychology laboratory. Sam is keen on studying the relationship between emotion management, sleep disorders and dreams, and has published academic articles in this academic field.
